Monmouthshire one of only two Welsh counties to see a rise in Welsh speakers. At Ysgol y Ffin in Caldicot with BBC Newyddion reporting it.

No. of Welsh speakers falls by 2% despite huge rise in no. children educated thru Welsh. Only in 2 counties is Welsh now majority language.
