Nearly everytime I use Github I face a wall of error messages and slowdowns. Makes me appreciate self hosted Kiln from @FogBugz

@asherrick We use Zendesk, and it works well for our limited needs. We have also used FogBUGZ (which we use for bug tracking) as help desk

Right today is a @Silverlight with a sprinkling of @FogBugz xml api day... this is going to be interesting :D

@FogBugz no issues, its more like I would rather use a desktop app to access support through FB and since your xml api rocks I might use it.
